We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Nail Mafia. However, as we work with multiple suppliers, items may be shipped from different locations, and returns will be subject to the policies of our suppliers. Please read our returns policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Custom or personalized items, sale items, and certain health and beauty products may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thenailmafia.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide instructions on where to send your return, as each product may need to be returned to a different location depending on the supplier.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund once the supplier confirms the damage.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain products, including beauty tools, skincare items, and personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
7. International Orders
- For international orders, please note that customs and duty fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also the customerโs responsibility.
8. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
