As we work with multiple suppliers, please note that items may be shipped from different locations, and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. However, please allow additional time during peak periods or for custom/personalized items.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping Times

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the supplierโ€™s location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below:
    • UK Orders: 5-10 business days
    • Europe: 7-15 business days
    • USA & Canada: 10-20 business days
    • Rest of the World: 15-25 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, postal service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.
  • For orders over ยฃ50, we offer free standard shipping.

4. Multiple Shipments

  • As we partner with various suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment when available.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your countryโ€™s authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
  • Not all orders may come with tracking information, depending on the supplier and shipping method used.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@thenailmafia.com. We will work with the carrier and our suppliers to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
  • Please note that delays caused by customs or postal services are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you.

8. Incorrect Addresses

  • It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you realise there is an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@thenailmafia.com. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes once the order is processed, but we will do our best to assist.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
